remove previously downloaded puzzles.

The only way I have found to remove collections of puzzles I have completed is to uninstall and reinstall the game. It sure saves on whatever this game loads into memory, but I lose track of which sets I have yet to finish. SO I started keeping track of
the collections in an Excel chart. The game tells you which sets you have previously downloaded. I keep track of which collections I want to buy in the future, how many puzzles were in the set (occasionally they add puzzles to a set I have completed), and
if I have done all the puzzles in the set so I don't download them again.

Thanks for replying. No, the game doesn't crash. There is no longer a thumb nail view available and when I go to "change background" in my settings there are only 4 dark colors to choose from and the light tan background is no longer an option.

In addition, my completed puzzles are gone, but my "earned points" (I have 1,939,255 earned points are still available.. also, if I download a puzzle series I had previously completed, the individual puzzles still show as completed.

I have 'remov

ed' and "download" the game twice and the above problems still exist. The only thing I haven't done is to reset my computer to previous of the last Microsoft update.

Update: Jigsaw functions properly when I play previously played puzzles. Must be an issue with Food 2 puzzle. Just guessing.

No error messages, but when I previously tried to download puzzles, I chose the set I wanted, hit buy for # coins or gold, and hit yes to go ahead knowing I couldn't cancel after I hit it. Then nothing happened. I hadn't tried to download puzzles from Microsoft
Jigsaw before I tried it and it didn't work. The good news is that I just tried downloading a different set of puzzles, the cats, and it worked fine with no problems. I was hoping to be able to get the other ones, too, that I think were the architecture ones,
but now I don't have enough coins. When ValuableNomad90 answered me, the person asked me to check updates. I noticed that the last update on the puzzles was Jan. 26. It was near the beginning of the new year that I tried to download the architecture puzzles.

After deleting and re-installing the app, previously bought puzzles are now downloadable without needing to pay again. Completion records was retained. Jigsaw Jam Pack 2 and 3, if previously unlocked by completion rather than gold bars, will need to be purchased
with gold bars again to unlock, though completion records are retained. Note to all who downloaded the update and ran into problems in previous post.
