Remove permanent ban from my console

Hey there, Ashley here. My console has a permanent ban.Since it is my birthday today, it is my wish to be back online within a week.I would greatly appreciate if you would do that for me!

Please remove ban on my console. I really want to play online again which I've really enjoyed since December 2016.Please I beg!!

Console bans & suspensions are not eligible for a case review.

If it's a permanent ban then it wont be overturned.

If it's a console privilege suspension you'll have to wait until it's over.

 

Only the enforcement team handles bans/suspensions and the only way to reach them is by filing for a case review.

Console bans are not eligible for case review. Permanent console bans are just that. Permanent.

 

What is it with all the console bans these days, I can honestly say I've never had any sort of ban.

I don't know what you've done to warrant a console ban, but that isn't going to be lifted.

Oh and by the way, just because its your birthday it doesn't mean that Microsoft will lift a ban, grow up and learn from your mistake, except your punishment and move on. Either buy another Xbox or choose one of the rivals consoles.

I must confess I find it curious that you can't dispute a console ban. That says that Microsoft consider their detection methods to be absolutely flawless in this regard, yet no person or piece of software is perfect. Mistakes can be made by anyone or anything.

 

A lot of them are actually console privilege suspensions.

Basically people get a suspension on their main account so use a secondary account to avoid that suspension which is against the code of conduct.

The enforcement team have now started giving out console privilege suspensions to stop people from doing this which means any account on that console suffers the same punishment as the suspended account.People don't know the difference between a ban & a
suspension so often say they've been banned when they haven't.

 

If you receive a console permanent ban then it is no longer usable. Console ban can never be lifted and at this point it is just a paper weight

 

The console is still useable as long as it was set as the home console.

You can't connect it to xbox live though.
