Remove payment

    I can’t seem to remove payment option on my 8 year olds Xbox. So my 4 year old has charged around 300$ in last 2 weeks. Help

    XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

    Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

    Profit.(for Microsoft)

    Remove payment

    You should be able to remove it at Sign in to your Microsoft account If not, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    However, keep in mind that if credit cards cannot be removed if you have an active gold subscription.

    Hi there Ff Frostbite,

    THE SCENARIO: Microsoft's billing system is a little unique in that every subscription you have is specifically attached to a payment method on your account. This payment method is locked in and cannot be removed until the subscription is either cancelled
    or switched to a different payment method.

    THE SOLUTION: You can go to billing.microsoft.com, manage your subscription, and then switch the payment method to something else you prefer to use. At that time you will be able to remove your PayPal. The second option is to turn the renewal off for the
    subscription. When the subscription ends, you will be able to remove your PayPal as well.
