    Remove Payment Option


    I Just Bought GTA 5 with my credit card and suddenly went to remove my payment options but i keep getting the same error , the following link: Sign in to your Microsoft account
    is the only one i can't acess on my account i want to remove it but i can't i doesn't work either my phone , xbox , or computer i request the manual remove from xbox support.

    observation: the payment was complete but i can't acess the part to remove payment options

    the error says : "something gone wrong" "we're not sure about what happened , but restarting the page may help or try this later"

    How do I remove my credit card information from my account?

    Every time I find an option under billing that says "Remove payment option" it redirects me to this page.

    support.xbox.com/.../remove-xbox-live-payment-option

    There is no "Payment & billing" option. And when ever I click billing, then remove payment option, I'm sent back to the link above.

    As long as it's attached to an active gold account, you can't remove a payment method.

    You have to call support and have them turn off auto renewal.

    The thing is that I want remove the payment option completely but it says I can`t do this until I add new payment option and because my debit card is associated with my membership which is still active,but I don`t want to add it because I don`t want to continue
    to loose the money again.So what you can do to help me?
