Remove Parental Controls on Microsoft's end

5+ years ago, I deleted my parent's account when I was young, mischievously believing it would remove me off Xbox's family thing, break the parental controls, and remove the curfew. It didn't work, and they could not remove the curfew by themselves years later because the window has already passed long ago to retrieve the deleted account.

Present day, I have no way to remove the curfew because the parent's account is gone and cannot be retrieved due to the window being closed years back, and now I'm wondering if you, Microsoft Team, can remove the curfew system off my Xbox Account, or remove me off the family, on YOUR end. It is impossible for me and my parents to do it on our end, because the Xbox's parent account is deleted. I have tried to remove it on my own account set to as Child by my parents, but no avail.

Thats the thing. Its an adult account that is controlled through microsoft family by my parent account. The only thing i want to do is prevent the removal of the parent account from the console.

Are you asking for help removing parental controls that your parents set up, I don't think we can help with that

If your parents put parental controls on the console, it would defeat the purpose if you could remove them yourself.

Try the default parental lock passcode: The default passcode for Xbox 360 parental lock is "0000" or "1234". Try entering these codes to see if it unlocks the parental control.

Reset your Xbox 360 to factory settings: This will erase all data on your console, including the parental control settings. To do this, go to "System Settings" > "Storage" > "All Devices" > "System Items" > "Hard Drive" > "Reset System Settings".

Remove the parental lock through your Microsoft account: Go to your Microsoft account on a web browser, select "Devices" > "Xbox Consoles" > "Manage" > "Remove Console" to remove the parental lock from your Xbox 360.

So i would have to sign in on my parents account and make an xbox live account on it to remove my parental controls? We already looked around on her Microsoft account and couldnt find anything
