Remove my username from the Xbox Preview / Insider Program.

I need you to urgently remove my username from the xbox preview / insider program, i contacted Xbox phone support & was told to post on this forum to have a Xbox team member remove me from the program, Note: I signed up to the program about 3 months ago
& decided this was not for me so i went into the xbox preview dashboard app and removed my xbox & username from the program, i was informed that my xbox would restore itself back to the normal stable OS release once the next OS rollout day, thus this happen
and my xbox is back to the normal OS release. Now 3 months has passed & i had called thru to Xbox phone support with another problem & was informed that my username was still signed up to the xbox preview program i asked them to remove it but told me they
couldn’t do that & i would have to post on this forum to have that done, they also sent me this link
Get the Xbox Insider Hub App which i tried all the steps to remove myself from the program but it didn’t work as i tried to download the Xbox
Preview Dashboard App which is not available anymore thru the xbox store so i download the Insider App which from what i read has replaced the Xbox Preview Dashboard, i can open the insider app and see that my xbox has been removed from the program but i see
that a box says that I’m joined up to the program but it gives me no option to remove me from the program i don’t see a manage tab to unenroll, Please HELP ‘''

I need to cancel my xbox preview program ASAP.

I have tried all the steps to remove my account from the xbox preview program via the xbox insider app as the xbox preview dashboard app does not show up so i installed the insider app onto my xbox but it does not give me a option to remove my username from
the program, i can see that my xbox & serial number are off the program but my username is still attached to the program with a box saying I'm joined but with no option to remove me from the program following all the steps on this link Xbox Insider Program FAQ,
i have rang thru to xbox phone support and was told to come to this forum and post here to have you guys manual remove my username from the Xbox Preview Program as all the steps provided to me so far has not worked..... Please note that i had removed my xbox
& selected the option to opt out of the program thru the xbox preview dashboard app a good "3months ago" and had waited for the next update to restore my xbox, thus my xbox has got the normal software installed but i have been informed by Xbox support and
can see thru the Xbox Preview App that my username is still linked to the xbox preview program, thus i need my username removed from the Xbox Preview / Insider Program ASAP..

It can take up to 72 hours for the console to be fully removed from the Preview Program after initially removing the console. When did you remove your console from the Program? If you have already waited 72 hours, be sure to let us know. If it has not been
72 hours, then we'd recommend waiting this time period for this process to complete.

Is your Xbox pre owned? I ask because your console maybe enrolled in the Xbox Insider Preview program. You can download the Xbox Insider Hub app and remove the console from the program.

If you'd like to stop participating in the Insider Preview program, you'll want to refer to the

Xbox Insider Program FAQ under "I sold my console or no longer wish to participate as an Xbox Insider. How can I stop participating in the Xbox Insider Program?"

It can take some time for you to be removed from the program as you may need to wait for another Insider Program update in order to stop participating.
