Remove my from the Xbox preview immediately

SAME PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD REMOVE ME IT IS MAKING MY XBOX LAG TOO MUCH. It has gotten to the point where i cannot do anything, my xbox lags and then turns itself off. I have tried opening the app and it says it is for preview members only, my account
is the only one on my xbox and it is a preview member. I need to be removed and i just want to reset my xbox to factory default but it will not let me select any "hard drive changing actions" such as uninstalling, resetting or anything! My brothers xbox works
fine and i do not understand. Please help

Keep in mind that when you unregister, it doesn't happen immediately. It won't actually take effect until the current update rolls out to the public.

I know as I stated that my "xbox" is not in preview. I was told from someone at Xbox support that my account is still open to being accepted into the preview program and no matter how many times I tell them the xbox I have is not in the preview
builds so I wanna know if it's possible to remove it so I can not roll back into preview. Because they seem to think it could affect my pleasure with Xbox.

Can confirm the above; I'm in the preview program and it was unavailable through the Xbox itself. Downloaded immediately from the website though.
