    Hi there Jab73,

    Sorry to you're having trouble with you console. Are you sure it's the preview causing the issue with the console?

    I have a Day One Console in the preview and it has had no issues.

    Regardless, if the console is not recognizing discs, do you have it on Instant-On mode?

    If so, have you tried changing the power mode to see if that fixes it?

    Specific steps can be found here:
    support.xbox.com/.../disc-error

    If not, it might need to go in for repair. You can go to
    https://myservice.xbox.com     to request a repair which may fix both issues you're having.

    Hey there,

    You can remove yourself from the program. Open the Preview Dashboard app, head to the registration section, and unenroll your console. Will take a couple days, but then you won't receive the preview updates when then next wave starts.

    You have to remove yourself via the app & factory reset your console.

    As said,maybe you should of read the warning before signing up.

    Anything else needs to go in the preview forums.

    Okay, well, your own personnel told me to request it from this site. So the snotty attitude that you are giving me is kind of crap if you ask me. I've been putting up with blacked out video and now an Xbox One First Day Edition that will no longer recognize
    discs and now I have someone telling me that I can't do what I've been told from your own personnel that I can't do in a snarky manner. So screw you.
