    Remove login


    Hi, I want to get rid of all login with mail and password for my account and for my son's account.

    I'm going crazy that I keep being asked to login all the time.

    Please help to kill all logins and password and just let us play!

    Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

    Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

    It should hopefully be possible to change the sign in preferences on your Xbox One console to one that better suits your requirements. Please see the link below for details on how to change the sign in preferences and the options available.

    Hey there, if you are still seeing this issue, please

    remove the accounts     from the console then add them back. Once this is done let us know if it continually prompts you for the password afterward.

    You cant remove it, as you need it to login to your profile. There is an option in the settings that allows auto login and to remember your password.
