    How do I remove already completed puzzles from
    Microsoft Jigsaw in windows 10? I have a non touch screen desk top.

    Help me if you can. Microsoft
    customer service was not able to suggest anything.

  2. Lost points and collections How can I recover?

    Program was locking up consistently. Followed instructions to delete and reload program. I had amassed almost 1,900,000 points.

    Now point total is 815130. Many of the classic jigsaw puzzles were not recovered. All completed June daily challenges were lost.

    How can I recover lost points and classic jigsaw puzzles that were completed or in progress that had been earned? I am not amused at all of the problems that have been reported and not repaired in nearly 4 years.

    how do i get rid of puzzles once i've completed all in the group?

    Lost game progress

    I have Microsoft Jigsaw installed on both my desktop and laptop computer. On the laptop, it shows that I haven't completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. On the desktop, they show as being completed. The gold score is the same on both computers.

    What can I do to get the game back in sync on both computers?

    Lost game progress

    I've been having issues with my Internet connection lately. The WiFi has been disconnecting quite often. That has happened long after having completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. Now for some reason, all that progress has been lost.

    I've upgraded to Windows 10, 3 times from Windows 8.1 on my Toshiba Satellite S55-A5295. Each time I was Unable to 'SIGN-IN' to Microsoft Jigsaw. I actually used Three different copies of Windows 8.1 before upgrading. One was the original that came with
    the Laptop, the second was supplied by a tech service at great cost and the third was purchased from Walmart. Couldn't sign in to Jigsaw with any of them. I'm a tech and have been working with computers since 1979, 8088, Atari, Commodore, IBM and Radio shack.
    I've installed, uninstalled updated and cleaned the computer in virtually every combination possible in an attempt to get this to work. I've been playing Microsoft Jigsaw since September of 2014 or 16 months. In that time, I have had other problems too. The
    main 'other' problem is that statistics does not track correctly. Approximately 6% of the time if fails to credit the user for the LAST completed puzzle. On a few occasions, I RESET my computer due to a problem I detected and STATISTICS would remove a number
    of completed puzzles from the count. All toll, I've had approximately 4500 completed puzzles removed in this way. That's Four Thousand Five Hundred. Most were in the first 5 of playing the game, but it can still happen now. Having invested a significant Dollar
    amount in this game, I can't upgrade to Windows 10 without losing the money. I want to upgrade to Windows 10 and thus the dilemma. IS THERE ANY HOPE out there from Microsoft or Arcadia???

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    I lost Jigsaw Jam collections 2 and 3 as well.

    After uninstalling/reinstalling Jigsaw, I've now also lost the stats for Jigsaw Jam collections 2 and 3.

    Oh well, at least I still have all the Jigsaw Jam Achievements.

    In the plus column, my Daily Challenges sounds (the "Coin Drop" and so-forth) now work correctly. This is a problem I've seen come and go with other games (such as Minesweeper and Solitaire) on Windows 8.1. I never had those problems with Windows 8.0,
    and this was a big reason I delayed upgrading to Windows 8.1 for nearly half a year. The mid-September updates fixed the problem in Minesweeper and Solitaire, and the just-released update for Jigsaw fixed it for Jigsaw.

    Also, despite some of the underlying stats still being wrong, I'm now getting proper credit for completed collections in Classic Jigsaw. The stats still say, for example, that I've played 10 and completed 8 Expert puzzles (I actually completed all 10) but
    now I'm being given credit for completing the collection in Expert difficulty.
