    Remove advertising from home screen!


    Is there a way to remove advertising from the home screen? If not, there should be. I can't imagine any paying Gold customer actually wants to see a big Starbucks ad when they login. Given all the customization options available, there should be an option
    to customize your home screen to disable or prohibit advertising. I could maybe let it slide on the "Store" page, but the home page should be off limits.

    How to remove tile from Home screen ?

    Same problem; i think it stays there because its on the cloud ready to install again... annoying as i have game demos and now I bought the games why would I want a tile of the demo there!

    Microsoft pretty much has full reign over the Xbox One UI design. You can voice any ideas you have here:

    IMO, the ad tile is really not that intrusive or huge. It's just one small tile on the side, and it occasionally gives away a free avatar prop or something. Oftentimes, I ignore it and go straight to the game.

    You don't.

    The only customisation options now are adding up to 2 groups of pins to your home screen. That's literally it. They removed all of the other options so they could advertise Game Pass to you.

    The most annoying ads were the ones where is just kept saying over and over again "Did you know Ninja streams on Mixer" I did not like seeing them every single day because I don't watch him. I do wish there was a better way to not have any ads on your
    account or atleast ads that suit you.

    They've had ads on the dashboard for over a decade now, from the 360 onward. I'm surprised it's taken this long for one to show up for you.
