Remove achivements

Hi, I bought my xbox 360 used and just used the profile that was on the xbox when i got it, didnt think much about it, it was a local account, i then connected it to my microsoft account and added xbox live, but now i can see that all the achivements from
the precvious owner is on my xbox live account, i want to remove them so i can earn them for myself, i read this on a forum from another user:

"If you have a X-box live account and a memory card here is what u do. You transfer saved games you want to keep to

memory card... contact your xbox tech department and ask them to delete the desired games shown on your achievement list on your Xbox live account. Once the games you wanted deleted are so go to your xbox console and delete your profile. Last step, connect
to xbox live via your xbox console and revcover your gamertag,

it will transfer all your achievements back to your xbox (minus the ones you asked tech department to delete) then you place your memory card in the xbox and transfer your saved games back to your profile."

I contacted support on live chat but they told me to write here.

So can you help me with this please?

when u remove the profile and all tat does it erase your puchases or will i keep them cause i have all the call of duty maps and tat costs money and will it remove ur downloads,achivements and all tat

There is no way to remove specific achievements from an account. The only way they can be removed is if the enforcement team issues a gamerscore reset (for cheated/modded achievements) which would remove all of your achievements. In that case, you would
no longer be able to re-earn any of the achievements that were reset.

If I create a new account instead can I transfer my saved games?

Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

I think it's wierd that the saved games are tied to the account when they are stored on the hard drive of the xbox...

Unfortunetly no, points will not be readded to the account after they were removed by the enforcement team. :c

When achivement points are removed from an account, there will be no way to re-earn those achivements lost.

But the good news, is you can still earn NEW achivements on the acccount.
