Remove a Microsoft account from an App that dont have an option to signout

There are a few potential solutions to remove a Microsoft account from an app that does not have an option to sign out:

Revoke the app's access to your Microsoft account by going to the Security settings in your Microsoft account and removing the app from the list of connected apps.

If the app stores the login information locally on your device, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to clear the saved login information.

If the app uses a token to access your Microsoft account, you can try revoking the token by going to the App settings in your Microsoft account and removing the app from the list of authorized apps.

Sign in to:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Then check if you can see the redemption transaction from there stated as "completed" or "redeemed".

Once confirmed, please signout on your Microsoft Store App then restart your PC before signing back in.

Go to "My Library" on your Microsoft Store App to try and install the game from there.

You may remove your Microsoft account and re-add it back in the Xbox app to refresh and sync all changes made. Go to Start > Settings > Accounts, find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox
app, and select Remove. Then, go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed. You may switch between Microsoft accounts in the Xbox app this time and check if the same instance occurs.

Currently, when trying to remove a Microsoft Account from the Settings > Accounts it shows the option and allows me to remove them. However when going back into the Accounts again, they show up again, as if never removed, and this repeats if removed again.
When going into the Xbox app after creating an Xbox account from a different Microsoft Account and trying to login to it from the app through the Switch Accounts option, it will stay on the "Please Wait" loading window, never logging in. Will post again after
running the troubleshooter.

Update, someone somehow removed my minecraft account from my microsoft account ??? I dont have minecraft anymore ??? Microsoft or whoever please help
