    Hi everyone. Does anyone know why I'm getting an error when I try to use Remote Play on Xbox? For your information, my Xbox's NAt is set to strict, not open. Does that affect it?

    Are you trying to use the remote to directly control the TV? It is my understanding that the remote only directly connects to the Xbox which could then be able to control the TV. Without an Xbox, can this remote be used at all?

    If it is an internet problem though surely I shouldn't be able to remote play on my phone? However remote play works perfectly fine on my phone, just doesn't work at all on my laptop! Could it be an issue that the tv I am playing on only supports 720p or does that not make a difference?
