Remote play Xbox App question and asking for features.

Yes, checking the Microsoft Rewards app by remotely playing on your Xbox One S console is possible.

• To enable remote play on your console:

- Go to Settings > General > Power options > and set the power mode to "Sleep"
- Go to Settings > Devices & Connections > Remote features > and check the box for remote features.

• On your phone:

- Download the Xbox mobile app
- Tap the console icon and then select "Remote play on this device"

* If you haven't registered your console on the app, you'll need to press on the console icon and then "Set up a console" > "Add existing console".

- Once remote play is working, you can just navigate to My Games & apps > Apps > and launch the Microsoft Rewards app.

At least you are able to use remote play as usual again

And as far as I know that feature is not available in the new xbox app, only remote play :c

In order to enable remote play, you need to enable remote features from the settings of your console.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

Select the Enable remote features checkbox.

In Xbox App Preferences, you need to select "Allow connections from any device" if you want to remove any authentication.

If these settings are already configured properly, here are the steps on how you could proceed with the remote play.

On a mobile device:

Open the Xbox mobile app.

Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.

Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

On a Windows device:

Open the Xbox app for PC.

Click on your profile picture and select View profile.

Under Where I play, select the Add a console option and follow the steps shown.

Your Xbox may not be in "Sleep" mode, which is necessary for remote play capabilities, or you may not have enabled the remote features in your console settings if "remote play" is not available. Check your console settings under "Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features" to ensure it's enabled
