    Remote play wont let me add my console to my library. Wth is going on?


    Instant on = on

    Xbox live = on

    Controller = connected

    Wifi/5G = connected

    Xbox = hooked up

    Series X

    Just want to remote play. Ive remote played before. It reset itself. I redid the whole process of connecting my console to the app for remote play. It worked for a few months. It reset again. Did whole process again.

    Reset again. Now i do the process and it just sits on " "turn on console and sign in"

    Have you enabled both the sleep power option and your remote features on?

    Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

    Select the Enable remote features checkbox.

    Under Power options, select Sleep.

    To confirm, are you trying to add your Xbox console to your Xbox app on mobile?

    If so, let's first do the steps below on your console:
    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.
    Select the Enable remote features checkbox.
    Under Power options, select Sleep.
    Note: If your console power mode isn't set to Sleep, remote play won't work.

    Once done, open the Xbox mobile app.
    Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.
    ***Pull down your screen 2 to 3 times to refresh the list.
    Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

    Note: If your console power mode isn’t set to Sleep, remote play won’t work.

    On your mobile device:
    Open the Xbox mobile app.
    Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.
    ***Please swipe down your screen 2 to 3 times to refresh the list.
    Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.
