    Remote play when standby doesn’t start


    When I try to start remote play inside my network, if my Xbox series x is in standby mode, it never works. After some minutes trying to connect it fails saying my Xbox is not ready. If I go to the series X and push the turn on button, it works . I’ve checked remote play checker and everything is ok (green checks ) and also it is configured in QuickStart mode.

    Anyone else is experiencing this problem?

    Does the XBOX X go back into standby mode after a power failure?

    Then you'll have to stick with full Standby then if remote play is important, and leave the outlet powered

    sorry its my explination, it turns my tv on and off, volume works up and down once the Tv remote has been pressed to switch the TV from standby to On its just not enough to get it to switch on to picture oyt of standby. So when i say xbox on it goes to standby

    Standby mode means the console won't completely shut off whenever you hit the power button

    However will power on when you use remote play or voice commands like Alexa or google if you have it enabled

    Need to keep console on at end of remote play

    Remote Play is designed to return to standby, you can't change it. If you need 100% uptime I suggest you use a PC or rent a server
