    Alright so upon using the Xbox App on PC to connect to my console to remote play it connects just fine and then completely freezes like it is "Not Responding" yet it lets me disconnect from remote play and everything just acts froze when trying to do anything on console.

    I feel like remote installing games from xbox.com via web browser is currently broken.

    Its been broken for me too, for a while. And not just me, same goes to my friend.

    Unless someone can confirm that they can still install games from xbox.com thru a web browser on a pc, I think it's broken.

    I don't know if remote installing thru xbox app on smartphone still works, can't test that personally. Might try to borrow a smartphone and try that soon, will see.

    Yes this is possible, I stream like this all the time.

    There are two ways to do this first is if you bought an external capture device.

    Second way is how I do it, you can use the Xbox Companion app on your PC to remote play your Xbox, then use a streaming app on your pc to stream the Xbox Companion app. Just note that you may want to join party chats via the Xbox companion app instead of
    on your console and also continue to play via controller on your Xbox to not experience delays playing via the pc app.

    Two different things one companion app is a front end to your xbox for remote play

    Xbox app is storefront for pc and remote play and cloud play
