Remote play showing XBOX Intro then turning black.

First, make sure the country/region you're trying to use Remote Play in is supported. Game features like Remote Play require the Xbox network service, and this is only available in certain regions. See the list here:

When you switch to a different WiFi network, it might have Public settings. Make sure your NAT type is set to Open.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

3. Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.

You need your NAT type to be Open to resolve this issue.

What games are you trying to play? Are those games from Xbox app?

Are you sure the screen it's turning off and not just being black? Usually games will go to a black full screen and then the game/developer logo/intro

My game won't load at all. I end up at a black screen and if I try to turn my xbox on with the game in tray, it gets stuck at the 360 logo intro screen. Defective copy?

but I figured something about this.

When TV that connected to XBOX is turned on. remote play works.

but when TV is turned off. remote play is not working.

if I turn on my TV first, then remote play from my PC . it works perfectly.

then if I turn off my TV. suddenly Remote play become very unstable and stuttering.

and it disconnected automatically in a minute.

I tested wireless and wired , both behaves same.

and most importantly , this issue not reproducing iPhone and android phone remote play.

mobile phone remote play works perfectly no matter TV is turned on or not.
