Remote play on Xbox PC App black screen on android tabled is woking

Hi, thanks for the quick answer.

Changing the preferred language to "English (United States)" helped. So the Xbox app is now in English but it works.

I'm Wille, an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Some users have reported that after changing the Xbox display resolution this issue is resolved as the resolution on the Xbox has to be the same resolution that the TV/monitor is set to so if for instance the TV/monitor that your computer is connected to is on 1080p, then the resolution on the Xbox has to be on 1080p as well.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide;

Select Profile & system > Settings;

Under General, select TV & display options;

Try set 1080p and test.

Note: If it doesn't work, test with 720p and 4K (separately) and check the result.

There are also reports that changing the Windows language to English (United States) as preferred upon restarting the system also resolves the issue.

I wish it was the android app because remote play works flawlessly for me under the same conditions(network,location etc.) o my android phone but goes to black screen in the Windows10 app. Most frustrating thing is that it used to work fine then one day a few months ago it broke and has been that way ever since despite multiple updates to the Windows10 Xbox app.

I recently got my Series X, same thing happens, remote play doesnt work when TV is off, after spaceship loading screen, it goes to black screen, then after a minute or so, it disconnects.

Only difference for me is that, PC, Android and iOS doesnt work.

When TV is on, it works perfectly, what gives?
