Please make sure that both your Windows 11 and Remote Play app/Xbox App are updated to the latest versions. In order for them to work perfectly on your end.

And then your PC should be connected to a stable network. Sometimes switching to a wired connection can help. Kindly give your modem/router a restart as well in order for your network connection to refresh.

Here is how to check your firewall:

Click on the Start button (Windows icon) in the bottom left corner of your screen and type "Windows Security." Press Enter to open the Windows Security app.

In the Windows Security app, click on "Firewall & network protection" in the left sidebar.

Under "Firewall & network protection settings," you'll see three network profiles: Domain network, Private network, and Public network. Make sure that the switch next to each profile is turned on to enable the Windows Firewall for that network type.

After that is to restart your PC.

If the issue persist please proceed with uninstalling the Remote Play app/Xbox App and then reinstall it.
