Remote play keeps saying try again in a while

Check that you're signed in to the Xbox app with the same account that you used to enable remote play from your console. If the issue persists, try deleing and reinstalling the Xbox app. Thanks, Kyle

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately I’ve also tried all steps listed in the troubleshooting guide and the issue remains.
