    Remote Play Issues


    Hi All

    I have enabled remote play features on my xbox and using a handheld PC to connect to it using the xbox app. It connects intermittenly only from the handheld PC. It might work every second time i try it but the other times i will get a black screen or some lines on the screen but other times then it works perfectly.

    I have disabled and re-enabled remote play on the xbox , restarted it, change the network ports in advanced settings and even rebuilt my handheld PC.

    By the way i am seeing the same issue when connecting from my android phone, it will work one time and not the next time

    Ok I will try to adjust my NAT type to open when I get home Sunday. I have tried both WiFi and 5g mobile network to play remote play. Both come up with the same result. “Console found but found not connect”

    As the article says it won't stop you from it but could give you issues, that's currently what you have some issues, I would first try a different network, if you are trying to wifi a good option will be mobile data

    Ok I will try this when I get home. However with what you said, moderate NAT shouldn’t stop me from utilizing remote play while I’m out of town. Is there another solution to try currently while I am out of town to use remote play?
