    I’ve been trying to use remote play on my game pass up, but it says that the games are on queue and doesn’t let me play them (I already installed them on my pc)

    Remote play is only available via console vto pc or mobile device not from pc to console or mobile

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues when using Xbox Remote Play on mobile data.

    The bandwidth requirement is 7-10 Mbps, please check if your mobile data has stable speeds that's above the requirements.

    If the requirements are met, here are the steps on how you could proceed with the remote play.

    On a mobile device:

    Open the Xbox mobile app.

    Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.

    Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

    How to fix remote play on iPhone

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues using the Remote Play feature of your Xbox.

    In order to enable remote play, you need to enable remote features from the settings of your console.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

    Select the Enable remote features checkbox.

    In Xbox App Preferences, you need to select "Allow connections from any device" if you want to remove any authentication.

    If these settings are already configured properly, here are the steps on how you could proceed with the remote play.

    On a mobile device:

    Open the Xbox mobile app.

    Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.

    Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

    If you're still having issues, try connecting to a Wi-Fi network with strong signal. Mobile data is not stable compared to Wi-Fi. For optimal Xbox Remote Play, you'll need a stable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 4.75 Mbps (9 Mbps preferred), and a 5GHz Wi-Fi network (or Ethernet connection)
