    Remote play and not working analog bumpers


    Hi, i have problem with my gamepad (via USB) when im playing via remote Play on Xbox One. At first my analog sticks doesn't work but I solve this problem in accessibility menu in my phone (galaxy S10). When I start play Forza 7 i discovered not working analog bumpers. I spoke with technical support on chat .They confirm this issues and sent me here for help. Evrything works perfect except analog bumpers. Please help

    How to get triggers/bumpers with remote play

    Hi there! I'll do my best to help.

    Is this your first time trying to play remote play via your mobile phone?
    What exactly is your phone's make & model?
    Are you using an Xbox controller, which model or version?
    Was it connected via bluetooth or via USB cable?

    For our basic steps, make sure that your phone's operating system is up-to-date and also check if your Xbox app is also up-to-date. Then, simply restart your device and also power cycle your controller by turning it off, remove its batteries, wait few seconds before turning it back on.

    If it's connected via bluetooth, try to re-pair your connection.

    My TitanFall controllers lights just went out.

    Which is what happened to my last remote just before it closed its eyes and went night night.

    My right bumper has stopped working ever since I stopped playing bf4 again. I think I was just pressing the spotter button too much.
