Remote play and cloud gaming both give me a black screen

I recently got my Series X, same thing happens, remote play doesnt work when TV is off, after spaceship loading screen, it goes to black screen, then after a minute or so, it disconnects.

Only difference for me is that, PC, Android and iOS doesnt work.

When TV is on, it works perfectly, what gives?

No this is not answer. All the games tried have local co-op. In cloud gaming the 2nd remote is just not recognized when asked to join (yes both remotes logged in).

Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened

Cloud gaming works in your PC as well?

Are you able to test with a different mobile phone just to isolate a bit more the issue?

I found strange that both remote play and cloud gaming doesn't work in your phone (they're different services)

i was thinking of doing that an this morning copyed my save to cloud but now its not taking me back to ep1 but just giving me a black screen and i just dont know what else can be done
