Remote Installation doesn't work anymore

Is there any chance you're apart of the insider programme too? my remote install has stopped working since my last update, but it comes and goes for me as i too am an insider.

Yes I am, good point need to check if the date of the last update and when it it stopped working is matching

I have never been able to. It always puts it in the queue but never lets me install. If you find the answer let us know!

This happens always when I use the Game Pass App doesnt want to install from there. Thats why I liked and used the remote from the website.

But on the other side when I go into the store from the xbox mobile app it shows me the price in ARS (but location setings are for Germany) looks like my mobile is in argentina and I didnt even know it 😁

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, first make sure that you have followed all the steps to properly set up this feature, take a look at the support page linked below for help.

If the issue persists then I would advise that you try and
Reset your Xbox One while Keeping Games & Apps. If you are going through this step make sure that you have your account login information (email & password) as they will be removed from the Xbox One and you will need to sign back in.



Once you have done this go ahead and give it a try again and let us know if anything has changed.

It hasn't worked for me in about a year. I just gave up on it. I only try from the Gamepass app though.
