remote gaming input lag with fortnite and warzone only the rest of the games are fine

yeah so none of these help on my console using remoteplay in fortnite it takes time to register a button and when im in the game i cant move or look around and when i pick up a gun i cant aim and cycl through my items an i checked if its my controler and its all fine so yeah thats it

Yes I have the same problem with call of duty & fortnite & GTA

I have tried recalibrating the remote and making sure all the settings are set back to default.

I've tried with it wired and wireless

I checked my Internet and it is working fine and the Xbox is wired in for Internet so I don't have delay. I tried restarting my router and checking other stuff but I don't see any lag in games or anything just with input from the controller, I'm thinking of digging around and seeing if I can try a 3rd remote or something.
