Remote Disconnects… super annoying pls help

I’m writing this at the start of 2022, and I bought a Xbox one s back in 2018 was great but just recently it would start having remote lag then just disconnect. I charged it, changed the batteries, moved closer, synced it again, power reset the xbox and tried other remotes but was still doing it. So I bought a brand new Xbox series s literally yesterday and it’s still doing the exact same thing, even with the brand new remote from the box that even updated itself. Idk what to do at this point and it’s starting to be really annoying, can I get some help?

Hey Jesse, I don’t have anything Bluetooth on in my room, my headset is corded. There is another xbox in the house(first gen xbox one 500mb) but it is on the other side of the house. I’ve done some research about this and found this used to be a problem before. Do you know if anyone has had this problem with the new consoles? And if they did how did they fix it?

In that case I'll suggest you request a service repair for the device so Microsoft's technicians can take a look.
