    Hi yall i have a question. So i was chating with my boy on the xbox controller elite 2 and while we were chatting he couldn't hear me any more. Now every time i try to start a party no one can hear me but j can hear them. The head set works ibtryed it
    on my brothers remote and it work. Idk what to do i mean its brand new never droped it, never soaked it or anything like that.

    Hi So sorry to her this.. Do you have another controller to try or a basic non elte controller.. I have a few controller I go thru to test the mic. If all works out then it maybe the mc. If the mic not working i some controller then its the controller.

    I'm using a wireless remote with a wired head set. When the head set is not plugged into controller it says it is. Just on that controller. No matter which Xbox I use

    Is your Xbox set up to allow remote downloads?

    To check head to Settings > System > Updates and Downloads and make sure Remote Downloads in enabled.
