    Remember gamertag but not email or password associated with it....


    The other day i restored my xbox to orginal settings so it logged me out of details and password and such for my xbox live account, however i remember my gamertag only, dont remember my email or pw associated with the account but im still being billed for
    my xbox live under that account. So my question is how do i go back and find in my login details with my account since i cant get ahold of microsoft to have someone chat or call me??

    Retrieving Gamertag!!!

    So the is NOT his gamertag but I think it is associated with the account if I remember correctly. Must be as when I put the email addy and password in comes up......

    If you do not remember the email for the account but know the gamertag you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and request either a callback or chat with a support agent. Once you are in contact with them if you give them you
    gamertag and they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email that is associated with the account. At which time you can go to account.microsoft.com/acsr and try to recover/reset the password for the account.

    If you know the email for the account you can try and recover the account/password by going to account.microsoft.com/acsr

    The problem is you would have to figure out which email address and password is associated with the nab094 account and sign in with that. if you do not remember that information you can contact xbox support
    Here and give them your gamertag and if they can verify ownership of your account then they can give you your email address that's associated with that gamertag

    If your son deleted it off the console all you would have to do is sign in with the email and password that is associated with the account.

    If you dont remember what the email is you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamertag and if they can verify ownership of the account can give you the email associated with the account.
