J'ai acheté la collection de démarrage Minecraft Windows 10 sur le Windows Store au lieu de Minecraft Java Édition. De même, il était inclus 700 Minecoins (la monnaie virtuelle du jeu) dans le pack et je ne les ai pas reçus. J'aimerais être
remboursé si c'est possible. Cordialement

Unfortunately we cannot help with refunds here on the forums but Xbox Customer support for your region should be able to assist you with that.

First try this support portal and check to see if your phone number qualifies for a callback.

Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select request a callback from support

Oui ça a du sens mais cette manipulation va bien me permettre de transformer mon minecraft xbox one édition en minecraft bedrock édition tout en conservant les dlc ?

So if I understand, I need a disc of minecrafts 360 édition or xbox one edition to be able to play on the xbox one? Because I have a numeric version of it I can't play it on xbox one!
