RELIGIOUS GAMER PIC PROFILE LED TO ACCOUNT SUSPENSION . ANYBODY ELSE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE ?

I posted a Buddhist Symbol as my gamer profile pic and I was suspended for 8 days . I don't understand why if many of Microsoft games have are based off of religion . Many games have the name Devil , Demon , Diablo , and many games have names of Demons and Devils for their characters . Many games have the name God on it . Dantes Inferno is based off of religion and has the names of devils and demons on it . It has the crucifix through out the whole game and most likely got some content from the Templar Knights . That's offensive to those who are atheist . Why should they ban or suspend an account over the same practices they are allowing in their games . Is t that also a violation of OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION . Just my opinion . THey condone nudity yet have james with nudity , example CONAN . They condone explicit language yet many games use that also , example "GEARS OF WAR" . Shouldnt they lead by example instead of being hypocrites . Why should we be banned or suspended . Why not stop the hypocrisy and just be like other apps and not allow the picture to be posted and allow us to change our profile pic to one that is appropriate within their "Standards" . Just my opinion . Anybody else have the same issue
