    I have an idea for some older games and I was told to come here. My idea is to release all the games in the Skylanders series digitally so 1) Microsoft would make more money and 2) fans would be happier because they wouldn’t have to worry about their disks breaking or getting damaged and being unusable like mine. I thought of this because there’s already a digital version of Super chargers and my Imaginators disk got damaged and I can’t download it completely anymore because of it.

    Will GTA V be released digitally for the X1?

    All XB1 that dosen't need some device like SKYLANDER have digital version. But games like SKYLANDER only can get in store. Go to XB1 XBOX store to get a idea.

    The full list of Skylanders games released for Xbox One is as follows:

    - Skylanders: Swap Force (2013)

    - Skylanders: Trap Team (2014)

    - Skylanders: SuperChargers (2015)

    - Skylanders: Imaginators (2016)

    The other two, "Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure (2011)" and "Skylanders: Giants (2012)" are only for the Xbox 360, and they are not backward compatible with the Xbox One. (there are no plans as far as I know)

    I very much doubt that Activision will ever have a Digital download version of Skylanders available for download. Like it was previously mentioned you need to buy the physical retail game to get the hardware you need to play, so they really have no reason
    to have a digital only game. I get you want all the games you buy to be digital only versions, but in this case you'll have to make an exception. :)

    Lords Of The Fallen, Digital release?

    All Xbox One games have digital releases. The exception being Skylanders as you need the toys. Lords of the Fallen will be made available to download, the only question is when. It may be early or it might not show up until Oct. 28 or the 31st for EU.

    Most Skylanders games currently unavailable in the MS store (UK)

    If you have Xbox 360 versions of Skylanders Trap Team and Swap Force there is no way you can play them on Xbox One because they have portals for Xbox 360 and you need portals for Xbox One. Most of Skylanders games are not available for digital purchase because there is figures and portals necessary for playing game so if you don't have portal and figures you can't play game even if you download it in Store.
