Release my rewards points please. 2nd post

I have alot of points pending, been wondering why I never got deposits in the past. It says I need to update my account, I've looked, nothing is wrong. Even cleared it out n put the same info back in, cause it's right. Please release my points, I want to
use them. This is my 2nd post, n no one is responding on Twitter either, starting to think it's a scam.

Please let me know what's going on.

I left my 1st post appx. 5 or so days ago, it was closed and locked with an answer about there being a follow up via PM, my rewards is still not correct, I have gotten no feedback, no follow up nor any messages whatsoever. This is the original post

Additional information, Again going on 7th year as rewards member, As of 1st week in December was 99 percent complete appx $3.80 from 5th star, in the last 3 weeks not only did I meet the 4 dollars but in fact close to $100 , they included Just Cause XL
on day 1 sale, NBA2k17 on week 1 sale as well as many tv episodes and movie rentals. I would appreciate someone to do what they say they will do in either a correction on my account to the 5th star or a message or something that tells me someone is even trying
to correct this. These were not last minute purchases in fact it was over 2 weeks , much more then the 96 hours it states it takes to update on your website. The difference between the 8 percent on the 4th star and the 10 percent on the 5th star isn't huge,
it isn't going to make or break me, but it is the principle behind it, The $1,800 required for 5th was far exceeded. I expect a company that is as big and makes as much as MS to do what it says they will. Again, in beginning of December I was 99 percent and
4 dollars from 5th star, in last 3 weeks of December I far exceeded it, why is it so hard to look and correct this problem. Good day.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. Since this issue is causing your billable account information to not be transmitted correctly, in most cases adjusting it will not resolve the issue. At the moment, we have not received a estimate
on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. We apologize for the inconvenience.
