    If you didnt pre-order your X1 you might be screwed for a while?

    If you see a store or website using December 31 as an availability date, don't trust it. Often, that's a bookmark that could just as easily say 'we don't know when the $&!?!! we are getting them, but our computers won't allow us to put up a 2014 date for
    speculation.' Amazon often uses December 31 that way. Several X1 games that are due in early 2014, but have no confirmed ship date say December 31 on Amazon's site. Elder Scrolls Online and Halo both say 12/31 as release dates for X1. I can't imagine anything
    going on sale on New Year's Eve.

    So backed up with games

    Fable and MGS dont have release dates. December 31 is a normal placeholder date for games. Dont expect either before 2015.

    No lol, it'll be released this year. If I had to guess it'll be out between August-October.

    Yup. Definitely a placeholder. Looked on Wiki the other day and it said spring 2015. Though I've certainly seen games listed for 12/31 that come out before...
