Relative just lost everything in Bushfires, a question before buying him a replacement..

Hey! As the title says, my little cousin (Willy207) and his family lost everything in the Regional NSW bushfires through the week.

I was hoping to buy him a new Xbox and replacement games, however, I wasn't sure how the disk/ownership system works?

If he has lost all of his physical games to the fire, if he gets a new Xbox, is he able to play those games once he has logged in?

Or if not, and I buy him the games he has been playing, will he have all his progress transferred via-his account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Physical copies he is out of luck on. Anything purchased digitally they will be able to download again. Sorry for their loss and good on you for helping them out.

Unfortunatly he will not be able to play the games that has physical copies, as the disk is the licence for the game. Any games that is digital he will be able to play again as it is linked to the account that has purchased the games, not the console.

If the games he had saved to the cloud then he might be able to carry on with the same game/save.

I found him, He was at castle Volkihar, just waiting on the bridge, that was probablly my last chance to find him. I knew I lost him durring or right after dawnguard quest. If you do end up finding him, make sure you dont use another horse or it will replace
him I think. if you do make sure to leave him at a stable, so he wont get lost.

I just hope I can kill someone and they aren't infinitely replaced by a relative or friend. That would be stupid.

Yes I can go and get one relatively easy. Just wanted to make sure I tried everything else before spending more on this. -lol is there any specific one you could recommend?
