Reintalling Roblox app

Hello Community,

My daughter had the Roblox app installed on her device (she has to use app rather than browser on her device (hp stream). It wasn't updating a new version when she tried to so she uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it from Microsoft Store. However,when
she tries to do that it says that 'You own this game' and the Install button is greyed out. We have looked in her apps and made sure there are no files related to Roblox but this hasn't helped. Please can you help? Thank you.

Thank you very much for your help. We did that. Unfortunately, it didn't work. It seems that we needed to update Windows 10 to install the game. We did this and it said it updated, but the version number remains the same so we are still working on the
issue. Thank you very much though.

Thanks for reaching out, I can help you with that issue. It seems the store application is just taking some time to load up, in order to help it catch up I'd recommend Resetting the Store application data in order to make sure everything is fresh. You
can do this with the steps below,

Go to Settings> System> Apps & features> Click Store> Advanced options> Reset.
This will delete all data the store has and you'll need to login again as well.

you're using the xbox game pass app? because if it is that way, you should reintall the app, that could work

Maybe try messaging activision or in worst case scenario delete then reintall the gae
