    reinstalling Taptiles


    I'm running Windows 8.1 on ASUS S200E

    When I go to play Taptiles on my laptop I get a message "An important update for Taptiles is available in the Windows Store. If you decline the update you will not be able to access any Xbox features within the game. Would you like
    to update now?"     I am logged in to Xbox games.

    I click OK to update, it takes me to the store, where I'm showing as "Not signed in" and the pages is headed "App Updates" and stated no updates available

    . I thought I would uninstall the game and reinstall it. At the time of the new installation tells me that there was a problem of payment (the game is free) and it gives me an error code: 0x80096004 Not allow me to access even to XBOX.
    Very disappointing What can I do to get back the game? Thanks.

    Taptiles

    Taptiles will not load and crashes to desktop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

    Taptiles problems - we need your help!

    Since Windows 10 download I have been unable to sign in to Taptiles. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have now lost all this months daily challenge results. Please help

    Premium Taptiles Game

    I uninstalled Taptiles and reinstalled it, and now it's the Premium version again. Thankfully, it worked. So for now, all is well in Taptile land.

    Using Taptiles on Win10 Pro. I've been playing Taptiles for about a month without problems. Now Dash has stopped working. The other games (e.g., Daily Challenge, Relaxation, Origins) run fine. With Dash, the puzzle screen loads with the rotate and pause

    Mine is doing the same thing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it continues to crash to the whatever screen I was in before installing Taptiles again. I can't find anywhere I can buy Taptiles or get any support for my brand new computer
