Reinstalled minecraft and i’ve lost certain items. Need help recovering them. Thank you

is there a way to give items back like to give certain items that were lost?

Someone mentioned that they were able to recover it by removing their account and re-adding it, prompting
to sync cloud saved items. Worth a shot, at least.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. I understand that you have lost your character data after reinstalling Windows. With the initial launch of Minecraft Dungeons, there was an issue that would wipe save data for a character in the game. It may not be possible to recover your exact character, however there is a fix to help prevent you from starting at the very beginning of the game.

I’ve lost my Microsoft email address I use to login into Mojang. How do I recover my Microsoft email?

Honestly i dont think there is any easy way to do that other than logging into every Microsoft account you own and seeing which one has Minecraft on it.

I am sorry, but as explained above, it is no longer possible to recover the account once the email is changed. Remember, your Microsoft account is the same as your Minecraft account, so if one is lost then I'm afraid your license to Minecraft is lost too.
