    Reinstalled Microsoft Jigsaw, gold count seriously reduced & collections are missing


    I suddenly got a runtime error when I tried to open Microsoft Jigsaw, tried resetting it and updating drivers, but still couldn't open the game, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it from the Store. Now I am missing about 46,000 gold and all the collections
    that I bought in the last few months. I'm running Windows 10 Home, fully updated. How do I get my gold and collections back?

    I had the same issue, ended up reinstalling Jigsaw and lost months of gold and collections... Hopefully they can be reinstated and we get a solution soon.

    Thanks Pink Angel, Microsoft have finally responded to the many questions on this subject on their Facebook page. Microsoft added the value of the deleted jigsaws to our points so we have to repurchase the jigsaws once again. I had to trawl through days
    of posted complaints to find this 'hidden' info -

    It should've been told to all players straight after the update was applied. Very poor standards by Microsoft.
