Reinstall a game with Digital Direct content

Hello,

I've bought the XBox Series S with the Fortnite and Rocket League Pack but can not see the content included (VBucks, skins...) when I start the game.

I tried all troubleshooting described in this thread but with no success :

So my question is : can I uninstall / reinstall games with Digital Direct without losing all the offered content ?

You can just uninstall, restart the console and then reinstall it.

Thanks a lot. Do I just have to unistall / reinstall the games or reset the XBox with Factory reset ?

I want to be sure I can claim the offered content again as it has already be claimed once at first installation.

Same problem here.

1) - Advanced Arsenal Pack which includes two custom weapons, the Advanced Arsenal custom exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum directed energy weapon. (Included in both the Digital Pro Edition and Launch Edition)

2) - Bonus Digital Edition Personalization Pack which includes a custom weapon camo, reticle set and playercard. (Included in both the Digital Pro Edition and Launch Edition)

3) - Season Pass (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

4) - Atlas Gorge Bonus Multiplayer Map (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

5) - Atlas Digital Content Pack which includes a custom Atlas exoskeleton, Bal-27 AE Assault Rifle, Atlas 45 AE Pistol, Atlas Helmet, Played Card, 5 Bonus Supply Drops and a single player exoskeleton upgrade. (Included in the Digital Pro Edition)

3 - yes (verified this by selecting it from in game store, it recognized I had it)

4 - yes

5 - no

I've reinstalled the Content. I've even reinstalled the entire game. I even factory defaulted my console and then reinstalled the entire game and all of the content. So...

When downloading digital content included with the console, the digital content will be attached to the first Microsoft account that redeems it. Any digital content that was included with the console will no longer be redeemable if the console was already in use before you purchased it.
