Réinitialiser Xbox 360

Bonjour,

Suite de nombreuses années sans nous en servir, j'ai récupérer du fin fond d'un placard la Xbox 360 familiale que nous avions acheté mon père et moi il y a très longtemps.

Il s'avère qu'il y a un code parental dessus, et mon père ne s'en souvient absolument pas. Comment faire pour réinitialiser complètement la console si par exemple il me viendrait l'idée de m'en resservir et/ou de la vendre un particulier ?

Je précise : je ne souhaite pas déranger mon père pour ce genre de chose, d'après ce que j'ai compris on peut réinitialiser le code parental via une adresse mail liée la xbox... or je ne souhaite pas le déranger davantage pour cette histoire. N'y a t-il
pas un moyen de tout rebooter ? Quitte perdre toutes les données dessus, ça n'a vraiment pas d'importance.

Hi Florence,

Thanks for your response! If the reset pattern is not working properly, try repeating the last 4 inputs (your unique reset code) 3 or more times when attempting the reset. Also, it may be good to try another controller, inputs on the current controller could
not be registering when pressed the first time. You may want to use the
Contact Us portal, for further instruction on the reset.

To reset your xbox 360's parental passcode please go here:
https://support.microsoft.com/devices and register your device via serial number on the back of the console (on a sticker) and then on the devices page with your device listed, select More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions
to reset your passcode. You will be presented with two button combination sequences on the website that must be entered on your console while on the following page: Settings > System > Console Settings > Console Info. This will reset your console and the family
passcode but will not erase profiles, games or game saves, but will require some settings to be entered again.

To do this your Microsoft account must be an adult account and the console must be registered in your name.
