Reinicio -[Translate- Restart]

Intenta cancelar la descarga o desinstalar, y vuelve a intentarlo. Si no funciona prueba con un reinicio o un reinicio avanzado (aquí el link con los pasos de como hacer un reinicio avanzado).

Ya hice el reinicio presionando el boton de encendido junto con el de expulsar disco, tambien reset sin borrar juegos y finalmente reset total de fabrica y ni asi queda
