    Dear Microsoft Support Team,

    I am writing to follow up on a refund request for an accidental purchase of the game Cricket 24 (INR 2999). The refund was approved, but I have not yet received the amount in my account, despite it being three working days since the approval.

    Please provide an update on the status of the refund and confirm when the amount will be credited. If needed, I can provide additional details, such as the order ID or transaction details.

    It can take between 3-5 business days for money to be refunded,maybe longer depending on the payment method.

    It would depend on your bank if you used a credit or debit card to make the purchase.

    Can't give you an exact answer as so many banks have different times to process payments.
