No. You would have to create a new account with the correct region.

You can only change the region after the 3 months is up. I don't believe that there is anywhere you can check to see how many days you have left other than possibly contacting support to see if they know.

so do what most people do

create a new account for UK

if you want UK conttent then you will have to have gold for skyplayer (i forget what else for UK)

if you want just blackops mappacks or region locked content then all you need is ms points and as long as it is the same purchasing console the dlc can be shared accross all profiles

you create another account for your actual region australia is not a migratable account



once set on account creation the region of an account cannot be changed
