Hey there. I'm really hoping this post gets noticed by the tech group. I live in the bahamas and I've had to resot to dns coding my xbox so I can get xbox video but, have recently stopped due to the fact of dns codes are not safe. As a result, I've lost
xbx video service. I have no trouble playing games on xbxl but, I'd really like to see xbx video service available in my region. There are alot of people here that used to own xbx but, switched to ps3 since the service is more open. I for one have not switched
because I've been with xbox since day one and I really do love this console. I just wish this region restriction crap would go away...

Age Resrtiction Problem

UPlay has a age restriction of 18. The age is set by the age associated with the gamertag being used. There is no way to change the date of birth on a Windows Live (gamertag) account.

Age Resrtiction Problem

I was trying register for UPlay to access new content for Assassin's Creed 3 and it said that there is an age restriction. I'm only 16 years old, but my father allows me to play and watch anything mature rated (as long as I don't swear around him). How do
I solve this? I changed my settings to allow all content but it did not help at all.

And let me know if this is the wrong section of the forum. Thank you in advance for your help.

You have to call support and wait 6weeks for the transfer during which you cannot use the account

No. You would have to create a new account with the correct region.

You can only change the region after the 3 months is up. I don't believe that there is anywhere you can check to see how many days you have left other than possibly contacting support to see if they know.
