Region probably. Mobile says im in the wrong place and xbox 1 rewards won't complete

So what you are trying to say is the ambassadors shouldn't be helping the rest of the community then.

Im not bothered with XP and rewards as it most probably not even available in my region.

I cant buy any movies on xbox video because it says im in the wrong region but im not nothing has changed I live in same place this happened three days ago and still going on spoke to xbox on the phone and they cant figure it out

Since that is not a rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. Region locking was put in place by publishers, not Microsoft. So unfortunately there are games that are not available in all regions and the terms and conditions for the Games with Gold
offer does mention that.

This is the wrong forum since this is not a rewards program issue. However, that code usually means it's a region issue. If your account region and physical location don't match, it won't let you buy the game. Or if you live in a non-supported region or
region where the game has not been made available, it won't let you buy the game.
