Discus and support Region not updting in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi I've opted out and back in multiple times because I've moved from UK to Hong Kong but it keeps automatically setting my region to United Kingdom....     Region not updting


    Hi

    I've opted out and back in multiple times because I've moved from UK to Hong Kong but it keeps automatically setting my region to United Kingdom. I've done everything I've been told to do on here so can you just fix it manually!!!

    I've missed out on multiple missions and rewards now

    Will The Xbox One Ever Catch The PS4 In Sales?

    We'd better just wait when the XB1 releases in the other regions. We're only seeing sale figures in total from few regions but not yet from the other regions.

    it just worked for me after i tried running it after it finished installing <3 THANKS MAN!! Region not updting :) last time i ddint restart that acouldve been one of my other problems but now it works!! thanks!!

    Hello Raglan Lads,

    We can confirm that you created a UK Rewards Account due to being set to the UK region. This appears to be because you keep alternating between the GBP and HKD currency, which is causing your Microsoft Account to be set to GBR whenever you opt in. Please
    note that changes in information can take up to 96 hours to be processed. Once you see that the region at the bottom of your MyRewards page correctly states Hong Kong, continue to spend in that currency and use that billable account to maintain your Hong Kong
    region while you opt out and back in to the program. Unfortunately, we cannot manually alter user profiles.

    It won't let me clear the download unless I'm logged into xbox live, but I can't log in because that updte meassge keeps popping up
