    Region Issue with Xbox Live


    I recently moved to the US temporarily. I had my account migrated from Canada to USA with the help of an MS Agent. I am trying to make a purchase to upgrade to XBOX Ultimate, but it is saying my subscription is from a different region. How can I go about
    this?

    However Puerto Rico USA Is.a.xbox live region that's your issue

    If not it has to avoid that issue

    Usually that's fixable by the user

    Unless there is an issue with your migration or you don't live in an xbox live region

    Where are you physically located

    If you don't live in an Xbox LIVE region new codes won't work as the issue would be your physical region has to match your acxount region

    They would only give you the same codes if your are getting region errors then it's your accohnt region and actual region that needs fixing

    If you don't live in an Xbox region noone can help as you needs to live in an Xbox LIVE region

    well that would be your issue

    its not the region of your account that doesn't have the content

    it is the your actual REGIOn that isn't allowed to download it

    your account region and your ACTUAL region needs to match to download region locked content

    basically if you do not live in a xbox live region you cannot download it

    if you do live in an xbox live supported country you need to make your account region your actual region and you will have no issues downloading future and this content

    if you ignore this you will still have issues downloading the halo3 when its free next month as it is also region locked

    for the best experience with live your physical region and account region should match
